Samsung carts conveniently have a 'bung hole' to make re-filling a possibility (see utube vid) so running costs could be very cheap if ur prepared to risk it.!! Amazon free delivery was faster than expected and u won't find a better deal for ?100. A bargain, and very happy (so far !!)When I did use it, I would spend more time cleaning the heads then printing. I have always wanted a colour laser printer but in the past they have been too expensive. Then recently I was browsing on Amazon when I came across the CLP-315 and for the price I had to buy it. It's a lovely printer. Also they say there's enough ink in the toners to print 700 colour pages, so I reckon they should last a while. What I like most is after nearly two weeks of not doing any printing, it worked first time. No dried up printer heads, no wasting ink. I know to replace the toners is expensive, but at least I'm not wasting ink each time I go and use it.It came down to inkjet v laser, the facility to print on photopaper v speed, the 3 in 1 possibility v print only. In the end I decided that as I don't do much printing I would go for a laser. That may sound paradoxical but every inkjet seemed to have a start up routine of cleaning itself -so if you print a letter a day you use proportionally more ink than printing 20. Setting up was simple (save for crawling aroud the back of the computer to find a spare USB socket). The print quality has blown me away. Buy it.Cheap to run compared to inkjets. Have killed of several inkjets of the years. Whilst more expensive to purchase than inkjets much cheaper to run. I do not tend to print photos as I have dedicated photo printer most if the time the printer is used for business purposes word, excel, power point and graphs.
