You may need to put something in the gap of the first side you pry up so it doesn't go back in. Once you have both sides up a little bit. You will need a Torx screwdriver to unattatch the driver from the box. Then just pull it out, and attatch the connectors to the new tweeter. Make sure you get the wiring right for polarity. One of the tweeters is pushed in but otherwise the drivers and hardware look fine. They have some weight to them. Looks like I have some parts for another project down the road. RonHere's the 1M response with separate woofer and tweeter response. I initially thought the tweeter was blown but figured out that one of the bi-wire jumpers was missing. Bi-wire made it easy to break out the separate tweeter and woofer response. Here's the impedance graph. It's a very minimal crossover with 4 caps and 2 coils which were very light gauge. Plastic frame woofer, tweeter and crossover. The bottom of the tower is an empty stand. I didn't bother to measure the woofer and port near field but the impedance plot indicates the port is tuned in the low 40s.
